Server Upgrade

Greetings everyone.

I have upgraded TranceSA's coding base to new versions.

First up PHP, it's now using version 5, which is much more cooler.

Secondly, I've migrated the MySQL(database) server to another one. This new server is also a different version, it's version 5 instead of version 4. Which means it is a little bit faster and a little bit more stable.
